Elio AI LLC (“Elio”, “we”, “us”) is an AI software studio based in Denver, Colorado. We build and operate the Elio Intelligence Suite — a model-agnostic AI platform for revenue teams. You can reach us at projects@elioai.app.

4. AI model providers

The Elio platform routes requests to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Meta). Data sent to these providers is governed by their respective privacy policies. We do not share personally identifiable information with AI providers beyond what is necessary to fulfill your request. Prompts and outputs may be processed by these providers in accordance with their data handling agreements.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting projects@elioai.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Cookies

This website uses essential cookies required for basic functionality (session management, security). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics, if any, are privacy-preserving and do not identify individual users.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data. Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA). EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at projects@elioai.app.
