1. Who we are

Elio AI LLC (“Elio”, “we”, “us”) builds and operates the Elio Intelligence Suite — a production AI platform for revenue teams, deployed on Google Cloud. You can reach us at projects@elioai.app.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• —Contact information — name, email address, and any message content submitted through our contact form.
• —Account data — credentials and profile information when you create an account on the Elio platform.
• —Usage data — interactions with the platform, AI prompts, and generated outputs to improve the service.
• —Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically via standard web logs.

4. AI model providers

The Elio platform routes language, embedding, search, image, and audio requests to Google Gemini and Vertex AI via selectModel(). There is no OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, or Meta chat routing. Prompts and outputs may be processed by Google in accordance with the applicable Google Cloud / Gemini data-handling terms. We do not share personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary to fulfill your request.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting projects@elioai.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Cookies and analytics

This marketing site uses essential cookies required for basic functionality. It also loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-8BQTC4541R) to understand aggregate traffic — pages viewed, referrers, and similar events. GA4 may set cookies and collect device and usage data as described in Google’s policies. This is not a “no tracking” site. We do not use the analytics ID for advertising remarketing on this page, and we do not sell personal data.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data. Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA). EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at projects@elioai.app.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. SMS / Text Messaging

Elio AI LLC sends transactional SMS alerts on behalf of the internal scheduling applications it operates for client organizations. Messages notify a small number of designated staff when a scheduling event — such as a sick-day or emergency absence submission — requires coverage. These are operational alerts, not marketing.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers are never sold, rented, or licensed.

Message frequency varies and is low — typically fewer than five messages per week, and often none.

Message and data rates may apply.

Recipients may reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. STOP is honored automatically and immediately.

Recipients are enrolled only after giving direct, affirmative consent to receive text messages. Elio AI LLC does not purchase, rent, or import phone number lists.
